Our breakfast and brunch cafe in Sydney is experimental and boundary-pushing. At Haven Speciality Coffee Asian fusion collides with the taste of Sydney to create a menu that is full of innovating recipes and flavours, and will be sure to delight curious taste buds.
The coffee culture and popularity of breakfast & brunch cafes in Sydney calls for unique and imaginative culinary ideas. Our sweet and savoury brunch dishes have been infused with nuances of Asian cuisine; we’re the breakfast cafe in Sydney with a twist!
Our cafe breakfast menu features classic dishes like our Haven-made Granola with Almond Milk, with seasonal jelly, goji berry, passion fruit, currants, banana coconut mousse, oats, pecan nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Our Omelette w Asparagus, with goat cheese, red pepper, pickle veggie, is also a favourite.
Also special in our cafe breakfast menu is our It’s Not Benedict dish, with poached eggs, rosemary potato rosti, sweet potato skordalia, yoghurt, Tuscan cabbage and burnt sage butter served with either avocado, Haven-made smoked bacon or smoked salmon.
For brunch, you’ll be spoilt for choice. We recommend our Squid Ink Pasta w Smoked Salmon, with prawn and squid ink, prawn oil, pecorino cheese, green pangrattato and raw egg yolk. It is guaranteed to ignite your taste buds!
The influence from Asian cuisine really comes alive in our Hong Kong Mixed Haven Style Egg Waffles. Our Hokkaido egg waffle dish is smothered in Japanese matcha sauce, Hokkaido red bean, coconut cream and matcha ice cream. And our Kimchi-ken waffle is topped with spicy fried chicken, miso cream cheese, black sesame and shiso.
